Brady Services Private Limited (BSPL), a company incorporated in 1999 by the promoters of W.H. Brady & Co. Ltd. and Brady & Morris Engineering Co. Ltd. is an established service provider for Property Facilities Management in India, particularly for Airports and Metros. Its dedicated team offers high quality and cost effective services which have enabled it to build a dedicated customer base.

The Company is providing Operation, Maintenance and Management for Electro Mechanical Systems and Civil Services at Terminals 1 and 2 and Operation and Maintenance of Electrical Installation at Terminal 3 of Delhi Airport. BSPL is also providing Technical and Maintenance Services at International Cargo Terminal, IGI Airport. In addition, BSPL has a contract for Operation of Electrical and Maintenance Systems at Airport Metro Express Line with Delhi Metro Corporation Limited along with Operation of Baggage Handling System. Pavan G. Morarka

Chairman

Mr. Pavan Morarka has been involved in business for more than 35 years. His experience and strength can be witnessed in the growth of BRADYS. He is the Chairman & Managing Director of W. H. Brady & Co. Ltd., Chairman of Brady & Morris Engg. Co. Ltd., Brady Services Pvt. Ltd. and also the Director of Brady Air Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Morarka, a graduate, has wide business experiences. Two of the Companies, namely; W. H. Brady & Co. Ltd. and Brady & Morris Engineering Co. Ltd., are listed with the Bombay Stock Exchange for more than 60 years.

He has also been the Honorary Consul General of the Republic of Costa Rica in New Delhi for almost 13 years and currently is the Honorary Consul of the Republic of the Marshall Islands in New Delhi. He is also an Ex Member of the Programme Implementation Committee of Indian Railways, Central Board of Film Certification and Delhi Anti-Fraud Working Group for many years. He is also a Member of several clubs including Delhi Golf Club. He is also the Corresponding Secretary in New Delhi of The Royal Over-Seas League, London, whose Patron is Her Majesty the Queen.

Vaibhav Morarka

Executive Director

Mr. Vaibhav Morarka completed his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the School of Management, Boston University in the year 2006 and thereafter he did his Masters in Business Administration from Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania in the year 2010. He has been working with Brady & Morris ever since. He is also a Director of W. H. Brady & Co. Ltd., Brady Services Pvt. Ltd. and Global Tradecracker Ltd."

Kaushik Dhirajlal Shah

Independent Director

Mr. Kaushik Dhirajlal Shah is a fellow member of ICAI and has completed Masters of Commerce (M.Com) and Bachelor of Law (LL.B). He has over 35 years of experience in providing consulting and professional services to global companies in the field of Business Consulting and Audit & Assurance, imparting training of the accounting and finance staff for Indian GAAP as well as IFRS. He does not only run a very successful accounting firm, 'Dhirubhai Shah & Co', but also holds a position as an Advisor, an Independent Director & Audit Committee Chairman in a number of listed companies. Serving as a visiting faculty in the areas of Auditing & Taxation for ICAI, he was the Sr. Vice President of Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry, the President for All Gujarat Federation of Tax Consultants and has authored books published by Taxmann and other journals. Mr. Shah holds a Masters Degree in Commerce, Bachelors Degree in Law and is a member of Associate Company Secretary. He possesses in-depth knowledge and understanding of all the Group Companies.

Sumit Banerjee

Independent Director

Mr. Sumit Banerjee has over 35 years of professional experience in the Heavy Engineering and Cement Sectors. He has formerly been the MD of ACC Ltd. and the Vice Chairman of Reliance Cement. He was also the founding member of the Cement Division of the CII and was an Invited Member to the Managing Committee of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce Industry. From 2010 to 2015 he was a member of the Board of Governors for IIM - Lucknow and is currently the Chairman of the ASAPP Info Global Group.

Cyrus Filoo Vachha

Independent Director

Mr. Cyrus Vachha has over 40 years of experience in the banking sector. After being with ANZ Rindlays Bank for 23 Years he joined ABN AMRO as a member of the founding team. In his role there as a Deputy CEO, Mr Vachha was responsible for overseeing and growing a substantial part of the Bank. ABN AMRO had a spectacular growth and performance record in India. Upon retirement, he became a member of the Advisory Board ( Private Equity ) of Motilala Oswal, and continued as an Advisor to the bank for several more years. Currently, he is on the board of Tata Trustee Company Ltd., along with Brady & Morris Engineering Co Ltd.

Urvashi Dhirubhai Shah

Independent Director

Ms Urvashi Shah graduated with Top Honours for a BA in Economics from Gujarat University. She is a leading advocate with the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal. She is associated with Shri Saurabh Soparkar, Senior Advocate with the Gujarat High Court. Her knowledge and skills at managing the Income Tax Appellate is unparalleled.
